ClearLYF Returns & Exchanges Policy

At ClearLYF, we are committed to delivering premium-quality clear cases engineered to resist yellowing and built for long-term durability. Your satisfaction and trust are important to us. This Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines the terms under which products purchased from clearlyf.com may be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under if:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

  • The incorrect product was delivered.

  • The product remains unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise specified under a separate warranty policy.

ClearLYF reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or exchange.


2. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Verified early yellowing covered under our Lifetime Yellowing Protection (see Section 4).

Products eligible for exchange must be returned in original condition unless the issue relates to a verified manufacturing defect.

Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, impact, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless defective).

  • Requests made after the eligible return window has expired.


4. Lifetime Yellowing Protection – Easy Replacement

ClearLYF clear cases are engineered using advanced anti-yellowing materials to resist discoloration significantly longer than standard clear cases.

If your ClearLYF case experiences premature yellowing under normal usage conditions, you may request replacement under our Lifetime Yellowing Protection policy.

To qualify:

  • The case must have been purchased from clearlyf.com or an authorized seller.

  • Valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Clear photographic evidence of yellowing must be submitted.

Upon verification, ClearLYF will provide a replacement unit of the same or equivalent model.

This policy covers material discoloration only and does not apply to physical damage, cracks, burn marks, or staining caused by external factors.

ClearLYF reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion after inspection.

5. Refund Process

If a return is approved for refund:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment source.

  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to ClearLYF’s error.


6. Return Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at clearlyfindia@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Provide a description of the issue along with clear images.

  3. Our support team will respond within 48 business hours with further instructions.

Products must not be shipped back without written confirmation from our support team.


7. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivery, ClearLYF will bear the return shipping cost.

  • In all other approved cases, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


8. Policy Modifications

ClearLYF reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on clearlyf.com.
